The old dude manning the customer service table near the main entrance is rude and discriminatory. He makes people feel like they are dumb or stupid when explaining. One day, I'm to kick this guy or somebody will. If he happens to be that way, then don't put him at the customer service front. Be warned, someone will loose patient on this fellow. Judge for yourself.

Canadian Passport Is Required For Traveling
